What's it about? As part of our gardening club at the school we will be taking part in the creation of a garden. The volunteers/club members which consist of our pupils, will be tree planting, fruit and veg planting, recyclying, litter picking and building/locating birds nests.

"Larks on the Loopline" Habitat Improvement
Where? Liverpool
When? 25 April 2009
What's it about? Volunteers from the; Merseyside Cycle Campaign, SUSTRANS, Friends of Gateacre will descend on the Loopline, a green path and wildlife corridor. The aim is to give the route a 'spring' clean removing litter & general detritus from the area and do some minor pruning of shrubs overhanging the path. We may possibly do some small painting jobs to remove graffiti leaving the path and surrounding areas.
